At Culinary Sculptures we specialize in Thai fruit and vegetable carving.  We create carved fruit and vegetable centerpieces, which can consist of a single melon, a grouping of melons, or a combination of melons and vegetables.  Our carvings resemble real flowers, and guests have actually stopped to smell our carved flowers.  Please see our “Gallery” for sample centerpiece designs and carved creations.

Our services also include conducting carving demonstrations and classes. We teach basic fruit and vegetable carving workshops.  Students include:  home chefs, culinary students, and professional chefs.  When the workshop is over, students have created a beautiful centerpiece and learned several new skills.
